การเซ็ต e-mail โดยใช้โปรแกรม Outlook Express

1. เปิดโปรแกรม Outlook แล้วไปที่ Tools

2. ไปที่ Accounts

3. ไปที่ Mail

4. ไปที่ Add -> Mail

5. กำหนด รายละเอียดของ e-mail ชื่อ (ex : info)

6. คลิกที่ Next >

7. กำหนด ชื่อ e-mail (ex : info@yourdomain.com)

8. คลิกที่ Next >

9. กำหนด Incomming mail server (POP3) (ex : mail.yourdomain.com)

10 กำหนด Outgoing mail server (SMTP): (ex : mail. yourdomain .com) / หรือใช้เป็น smtp server ของ ISP ที่คุณใช้อยู่ในการใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ต (ดูตารางแสดงการตั้งค่า SMTP ของแต่ละ ISP)

11. คลิกที่ Next >

12. กำหนดชื่อ e-mail

13. กำหนด password

14. คลิกที่ Next >

15. คลิก Finish

16. จะปรากฎ e-mail ที่ได้ตั้งค่าไว้

17. เลือกที่ Properties

18. เลือกที่ Servers

19. ทำเครื่องหมายถูกที่ My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

20. คลิก Apply

21. คลิก OK
